I’m an interpreter of stories. When I perform it’s like

sitting down at my piano and telling fairy stories.

Nat King Cole

The collaborative pianist has to be so much more than a pianist: She is a character actor, a story teller, and a shape shifter who can play any part assigned in any style, at any tempo. It's a service ethic, really: Not art for art's sake, but art for your sake.

I am an organist and collaborative pianist with more than thirty years' experience with church, school, and community choirs; symphonies, juries, and auditions; voice lessons, recitals, solo and ensemble festivals, and school programs.

I can accompany the softest child with delicacy or the largest choir with strength. If your need is classical, sacred, or Broadway; choral, vocal, or instrumental, I can help you.
